We accept return requests under these conditions:

Request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Product must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
Personal care, health, or hygiene products are not eligible for return.

To request a return:
Email support@blinkscart.shop with your order number and reason. We'll respond with return instructions.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method (for prepaid orders) or via bank transfer (for COD orders).
Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect.
